right now i have 4 pumps in my 75 gallon reef but only 3 are on at a time. 1 hydor 1050 2 hydor 750 and another no name 750 i have the hydor 1050 on one side, then a 750 on the opposite and then the other 2 on the back walls. right now i have the 1050 and the 750 pump on the back wall alternating every 5 mins with my RKL do you think this is to much flow? its mainly sps and i see the flow really crashing on all my sps nicely moving polyps all differant directions i just didnt know if i over did it. btw no sand is moved with all the flow in the tank.

i think its fine, i have 4 in my 50 gallon. 2 koralia 4s and 2 koralia 2s

I would say that if your sps are happy and none of your fish are getting the heck beat out of them and there's no sandstorm then you're fine.

Sounds good as long as the flow is alternating and no sand storm then ur good I basicly keep mine as high as I can without getting sand blowing everywhere!
Yea the corals seem to like it they get a 5 minute break and then a 5 minute blast period i would call it haha. everyone seems to like it except my one sps seems to be in a bad area when one of the pumps turn on they seem to get blasted pretty bad but ill just keep an eye on them .
