Nothing you can do. The pair must be relatively young. give them more time to mature.

Are they eating them? Or are they cleaning them? Mine clean algae from the with their mouths constantly.
Seems strange that they would eat them as protective as damsel fish are.

To breed:
-Try to find out how to catch fry, this is the most critical part, without frys no need to go further. LOL
-The first 24 hours after hatch, they don't eat in general but you should start to put food in there. MUST BE LIVE at this time or you will foul the water too quickly.
-You should start the live food culture at about the same day they lay eggs, because pods reproduce in about every ~8 days. Of course, pods comes in different ages and so every day there are some new hatching. If you start the hatching too late into the spawning period, your culture will die down before they can keep going.
-When they grow bigger, switch to TDO dry food for convenience.
