I think he was asking a serious question.

There's no cooking involved. Simply mix the powdered food with fresh water and freeze.

I got a jar but have yet to mix and freeze. I have so much other food that I vary from daily that I just keep forgetting to set it up.

I am also interested to hear if anyone else uses this and likes it?

Deepwater,
Sorry to hear you didn't like my foods.
Your the first person Ive ever heard say that their fish didnt eat it?
In fact its one of its best selling points. Fish attack it .
It is geared for the more hard cored fish people who want healthy and disease free fish through proper nutrition.. Maybe its just not for you.
I wouldn't exactly call it cooking, Once a batch is mixed its no more work than feeding frozen foods. The results are outstanding, not to mention that you can feed the medicated anti parisite formular safely in your reef.

Hi,
It does have a gel binder in it, I rather not tell exactly what is added,
if your can understand my point.
You can also add fresh seafood the the mix or just about anything you like, but everything in it is already added for proper nutrition.
