My phosban reactor crapped out on me last night. While I have to wait a couple of weeks before I get paid, is there something temporary that I can do? Maybe some gfo in a media bag?

All the best,

James

Ok sounds good. How much GFO should I put in a bag? I have a 90 gallon. I used about 2 teaspoons of GFO in the reactor. Should I use the same?

Thank you for the response

2 teaspoons does sound very little me too, and since you're using so little, I wouldn't be too concerned not using any for a couple of weeks.

But your phosphates are not zero, you're probably not using something more accurate like a Hanna. If it was truly zero, your corals would be dying from starvation.

maybe if u try putting sealant around where its leaking that will help and all u need is the o-ring.

That's true. But I don't want to take a chance because water will find its way out. I'll have the bag in there for now and I will purchase a new reactor
