T5 or LED

I own a JBJ 28 LED tank. For some reason I have been hearing T5 are better.
So i been looking at the JBJ trinity T5 hood. Should I just stay with the led or look into T5?

This has been beat to death and then beat again. Use the search button and read the zillions of post that are out there. At the end of the day it comes down to 2 things the look u want. If its look T5 has a better look for corals. Leds will give faster growth and polyp extension. I use Led had the radios and switched to Orphek but added stinkers for more color pop.

For a small tank like yours, both lights will make things grow. Its really personal preference as to the color depth or bright shimmer is what you're looking for.
