This Gobbie has been it QT for just over a week and I noticed this red/brown spot under his chin upon closer inspection it looks like some sort of growth.
Altho he looks skinny he is eating well.

Any clue what this mite be?

He already had his spots when I got him but they did look like little bumps to me also on mine but I dont know if what yours has is the same- it seems to only be on one side an a bit further back. Give him a little time, if he's eating well he's not suffering too bad if at all. If it gets to be more of a growth and not just the black spots forming then go to the step of treating. Good luck with him.
