New to Two Part Dosing help?

I want to start dosing I have decided to use 2 BRS dosing pumps w/B-ionics
My parameters are currently:

Ca=420
Alk=8.6
Mag=1320

I have 3 sps colonies,1 3in montipora cap and 4 frags and 4 or 5 Lps
My plan is to have a mostly dominant sps tank.

Two questions:

1. Sudjestions on peramiters to shoot for ?
I was thinking
Ca 450
Akl 10
Mag 1350?

2.Do I need to get parameters up to ware I want them before starting.
If so do I need to do this gradually over days or weeks? I herd Mag I can dose all at once but I'm not sure how I should bring up Ca and Mag.

I started dosing about 3-4 months ago and the thing that I realized is not to aim for a specific number but more like a narrow range that you system will fluctuate around. Also each system is different so your ion balance might not be the same as somebody else. Test frequently until stable numbers are reached. This is what I found out worked for me. Good luck.
