Need to know what's better jaw fish or gobies for shifting sand?

Bullet Goby, if you really need to sift/shift the sand around.

they can be jumpers then again i had a Amphiprion percula jump out.

dymond goby by far i have one in my 150 and that guy goes to town one of my fav and most active fish sand stay milk white
