MPISCIOTTI I have it up high under 2 X 250 MH supplimented with 2 X 39w T5 Actinics and it is thriving. It was 1/2 an inch 6 months ago now it is probably 4 times that size. Also it seems to like good flow. I know there are more montis out there comon folks this could be a nice thread.

the problem is that my monti color blue has faded a bit. the red polyps are looking great. it has also growen since that pic i think my 400 watt bulbs have made the blue color fade a bit. since the water parameters are the same since i got it.. what else could it be?

I hear swings in AlK really affect monti coloration.

I'm hoping for July. The store was in very bad shape. I had to gut the whole store, redo all the electrical work, and redo all the plumbing. We are beginning to prepare for a shipment of live rock for all our display tanks. Wait till you see our grand-opening sale! I hope everyone is saving up. Can you imagine a physical store location with online prices? That is what ReefersChoice is all about.
