Sick fish help! Bent weird

Ok I have a golden headed goby. Love this fish . I had had it for like 5 months he does a great job
Sifting. Over the last few days I noticed my sand was getting dirty. Today I found my goby in the corner of the tank bent weird like an "L" still trying to sift but not very effective. It does not look sick other than the bend... Is he done? Like a broken back or something?

Man this sucks now I can't find him in my. 90 moved a few rocks where he usually is and he's Mia... Hope I can find em b4 he dies...
