Is There Anything I Can Do To Help Him. I Feel So Mad About This I Should Have Left The Quick Filter Part But I Took It Off Thinking It Would Be Ok Since My Fish Are Big. I PUT SOME STRESS COAT in anything else i can do.

mike i know you said the sponge thing looks huge on the powerhead but if it will keep your fish alive i would put it on for now.

i wasn't able to find that impeller for you.

Leave him alone in the tank. You don't want to do anything to stress him out. I would add garlic to the water to make sure that he will continue to eat, and also add selcon. It has fatty acids, so he won't loss weight if he becomes a picky eater and it also has vitamin c to help the fish when they are ill or damaged.

He should be ok. Fish get bit on the side all the time. FT has had a Kole Tang that got chewed up on his side and he's healing nicely. If a tang can heal in a FT tank, it should be fine in yours.

WOW sounds like what happened to me was on the board one day and turned around to see my YT stuck to the bottom of the power head right by his eye OMG, quickly shut it down put some stress coat in and left him alone, his eye was buldging for like 2 days, felt real bad but eventually he pulled through it was just swelling i guess and it subsided :flower:.....

Good luck with your YT...

Yea sounds familiar, I have the same 802 you're tallking about had a lawnmower blenny that was a little to curious. Didn't see him for a couple of days until I seen his tail sticking out of the power head. That's all she wrote.......he looked like mush.....I had to flush him.:frown:
