Can anybody help fish not doing so good

Hey guys this is my green/blue chromis for a while and he always had a little spot on the side of him. But now its getting really bad i dont have a quarentine tank is there anything i could put in there to help him. Mind you i do have live corals in the tank. From what i checked of the water everything is good

The only other things in the tank are 2 ocellaris clownfish,1 fire shrimp,2 emerald crabs,a yellow watchman goby, and 2 candlatus anemones. Is there anything i can do to save this little guy was my first fish lol

He was eating this morning but he just died but thanx for the help anyway guys

That looked like a bacterial infection... not much you can do if you don't have a quarantine tank.

you actually could have dipped him in methylene blue. I have a fish with some sort of an internal infection or something. Dipped him once and now he's on the road to recovery
