Alkalinity test kit

Hello everyone,

I just finished my hanna test kit and wanted to know what test kit everyone was using. I am looking for a easy and accurate test kit lol which I know is not likely but just wanted to see what everyone was using.

i was using hanna alkalinity test kit and i liked it. until i started observing some bleaching of my monti caps. i noticed it was a symptom of low alkalinity. i was trying to keep my dkh around 8.5. when i bought a brand new salifert test kit i discovered that while my hanna read 8.6 the salifert alkalinity kit read 7.0- 7.4. since then i went back to salifert and my monti caps has recovered and my sps started to grow and encrust more quickly.

Thanks guys I was having the same issue that's why I wanted to hear what everyone has to say. I never used Salifert for alkalinity how easy is it to use or do I have to visit NASA to learn how to test with it?
