please help have a question about xenia

Hey guys i was wondering if you can help me i have a 15 gallon nano reef recently i noticed under my lil frag of pulsing xenia these little TP looking things with a head on them is this more pulsing xenia becuase there spreading all over the tank i just wanna make sure its not aptasia please advise lol

No its zenia. If you dont want it to spread its not going to happen. They spread like wild fire.

No not aptasia but that looks more like bristle cage worms. I have a bunch of them they are harmless. Don't worry aboUt them

i dont mind if its xenia i love umm i just dont want somthing bad in my tank

+1 .. If you dont watch it the xenia will take over ur tank i have a small bunch that i keep in the tand bed to keep them in controll

i have anthelia and have had luck by keeping it on a smaller medium rock, this lets it grow as a colony rather than putting it on my branchy pukani where it will obviously spread and more likely to travel within the tank. if your ever in the city and want to swap xenia's let me know, im still trying to identify mine but it looks like pink xenia apose to your pearl white looking. i want to get various xenia species in my tank i figure i already have it so if i have to control it i might as well control various species that will beautify my tank and benefit it as well. (so i read from coral garden)
