best way to change aquascape

everytime I have to move a rock or coral in my little nano I feel like im messing everything up. Im not happy with my aquascape so what can I do to move things around?

how do I relocate fish to the time being safely. And what about my corals?

take corals and fish out and place them in a bucket with powerhead and heater? or put fish separately?

Can I change my substrate when I redo my rock? or will this mess my beneficial bacteria?
I have crushed coral right now and I want to go with something finer.

You're gonna have another cycle if you change out all your substrate at one time. I would take a cup or 2 at a time and swap it out. I think it's good you're getting rid of the crushed coral though. detritus trap and it won't hurt anything having a little crushed coral in your sand at the end

Also if you dont have any gobies that hide in your rock you can just take out the rock, leave the fish in and then rescape it. Place the rock slowly and the fish will avoid you and swim away from what you're doing
