Polyps

My green polyps all died off and new small ones are growing. Is this normal? Or are they just dying? Salinity was .025 and everything else tested perfect. I don't know what happened

Polyps shouldn't have any reason to just "die off". But you say new ones are growing back so I don't think it would do with your parameters. What are your perfect parameters? Did you introduce a new fish/invert? Maybe something else irritated them. Do anything new to the tank?

This can happen if the coral is not acclimated to lighting.
The ones that are living get too shocked but the new ones grow into the lighting level.

That was the last thing I added about a month ago. My red formia starfish climbed on it a few times, maybe that's it. This shows the dead polyps on the right and the new little ones on the left.

can you please list out your water perimeter anyways? might not be as perfect.

+1 on light acclimation

could be a few reasons

-water quality
-temperature
-parasites
-something in your tank is not reef safe
