2x- 3x a day - omega one flakes (2 drops of garlic)
nori on a clip (2 drops of garlic)
every other day mysis
once a week brine shrimp (nice little treat everything goes crazy for) you even see the cleaner shrimp jumping for them lmao...

wait u havent fed ur tank for a week and 2 days.. wow thats a long time not to feed..... i could see the reason behind not feeding for a couple of days but not 1 week.. but what fish do u have in the tank .....

did someone on the board tell u not to feed it or did a lfs tell you that

hmmmm u guys think not feeding the tank for 1 week is a good idea... i dont but ive heard of a couple of days...

did ur friend give you an explanation why u shouldnt feed the tank for a while.. corals use a couple of things to grow - waste from fishies, light, and food in the water... i would wait and see if anyone has a better way of doing this... i think that is too long. but thats my .02c
