Kill A Watt meter

So I bought a Kill A Watt meter today. I was curious how much my tank was costing me a month and to my surprise so far its only costing me around $12 a month now its not an exact measurement for two reasons it has not been on long enough it needs to go through the light off cycle and the biggest reason is I don't know how much LIPA charges a KW i know in 2009 it was .020 so i just added .02.
Does anybody know how much they charge a KW i tried goggling it could not find it.

Check your latest bill- they should clearly state how much they charge you for one kWh

Approx .21 per KWH
