About 5 months ago i had issue with KENT carbon, I put new batch online at night and in morning all my SPS were white.. I started some research and found out they were having an issue with copper in carbon.. I contacted Kent and they were aware of the problem and assured me that they would take full responsabilty for the problem.. I sent over many pics and documents showing what i had and what i lost and i am pleased to say KENT stood behind there product and compensated me fully for my loss..I got a call from them today saying my check will be cut this week for my loss.. The reason for this post is to let my fellow reefers know that kent is a solid company and its nice to know that a company like KENT stands behind there product.. In this hobby it can get very expensive and to have a total loss like i did could knock someone out of the hobby, its just nice to know that buying from good people like kent that knows the cost of this hobby and stands behind there product is a good feeling.. Me personally will always do business with a company like Kent because i can rest a sure that they will be there in the event of a problem..

Wow that's great. I had an issue with the carbon also. Luckily I saw the bleaching a few hours in and removed it. My corals recovered in a few weeks.

You def resotored my faith in the company.
Full coral overhaul for you. Must be nice!!
