What do you have in your tank as far as livestock? I would not replace all the rock you currently have.... Do it a little at a time to keep your tank params. as stable as possible. If you pull all your rock out you will most def. experience a cycle again.

You didn't mention how much live rock you have in the tank now or what your bioload is like?

IMO - I would not do what you suggest as you will likely cause a decent sized cycle and could possibly wipe out your tank.

A better idea would be to cycle the new pukani rock in another container and then make the switch after it has cycled and then you should have no worries at all about a cycle :)

Understand also that as wonderful as this rock is to work with, as well as to look at, it comes in LOADED with bound up phosphates. Curing is not the same thing as cycling and this rock should really be cured before introducing it into your display tank. Unfortunately, this can take quite some time. Failure to do so however, could result in an algae spike so fierce that you'll be battling it whole lot longer. As an alternative, you might try Marco Rock. I don't have any first hand knowledge here but I've heard it comes in with far less PO4 and can usually be placed directly into the DT, particularly in smaller amounts.
