Decorative Skull in reef tank

My niece is obsessed with dinosaurs. Today she came home with a t-rex decorative aquarium skull that she picked up from petland. it says its fresh and saltwater safe. what do you guys think. is it safe to place in reef? it looks pretty cool. its fairly small. wouldnt mind throwing it in and maybe growing some zoas on it.

Should be fine it's made of resin. The same thing the fake coals are made of.

I would soak in rodi water for a week and see if any po4 releases from it
