Make up a hyper salinty solution of about 1.040. Dip each piece of rock in this solution for a minute or two. All the inhabitants of the rock will come out. Collect the ones you would like to keep and discard the rest. Good luck!

Is it really that easy? Just dip them in a high salinty solution? Do they need to be dipped again after the high salinty dip?

The bristleworms spawning didn't harm your corals...your fish and corals loved the extra food provided by the spawing event, something else caused that issue.

The issue with the amount of bristleworms in your tank is due to overfeeding the tank, if you don't stop doing that, you will never have less of them, even if you take a bunch of them out..they will simply spawn again.

If there is no available extra food in there for them, they will not multiply.
You need to cure the issue of why there are so many there in the first place.

..and btw..they have clearly spawned before in your tank if you have that many..you just didn't see it happen. ;) They typically spawn after your lights go out/late at night/after a water change.

+1, Kathy you beat me to the response. I really wonder where a lot of these suggestions and remedies come from. If the bristle worms are bothering you I would use a piece of nylon stocking that has a piece of Krill, Silverside, Cocktail Shrimp etc inside it. After you put the food in the stocking tie both ends closed and put in the tank at night. The worms will try to get the food out and the bristles will get stuck in the nylon and you can take them out in the morning and dispose of them.

Have fun
