heard my toadstool is giving off toxins and likking sps. would like to sell but don't know how much to ask. about 12 x 16 on rock

Wow that's pretty big. Usually these go for $80-$150.

Btw I have a Fiji yellow leather thats about a foot long and I have no problems with my SPS. Are you running carbon?

how big is your tank and do you run carbon? i have a toadstool and from what i understand the toxins wont kill your sps it may slow down the growth a bit. i have a huge toadstool as well and i can blame it for any death in my tank. i have 100 gallons of total water volume /

Huge toadstool huh. I got a ginormous toadstool. About 18" in diameter. I run carbon, chemipure elite & gfo.

i have a 150 75 sump 20 ref and frag. running carbon little fishies 550. have tried sps at least 5 times and within 2 weeks all gone also a 5 headed duncan

You will need to give a little more information about your tank itself for us to say that it would be your toadstool... Do keep in mind that depending on the SPS species/type it may need a more mature tank with stable water parameters.

i dont think the toadstool is your problem. you need to find out whats going on in your system. i know people that have leathers mixed in with sps and there isnt a problem. like i said i have a toadstool and everything is fine

mike ny has been helping me with sps. all parameters seem to be ok. h2o changes reg running led 3 banks each bank 55 blues and 66 white 2 watt so i was told
