Need help in using Calcium test by Salifert

My ca-1 is solid while ca-2 is liquid, so does the sequence of ca-1 and ca-2 affect the results?

1) 2ml of water
2) 1 level spoon of Ca-1
3) 8 drops of Ca-2

Two test conducted, one base on the instructions you and then the one in the link, yield very different results.

I know that on the new salifert calcium test kits, they make mention in the instructions that the regeants have been changed and that the old insturctions do not work.
