need help getting par readings from my build

hi i need someone's help to get par readings for my system. i just got done building 2 100w led fixtures and they are dimmable. i just want to get reading how much i have to dial up to get right pars on sandbed and on rock . if someone has par meter and can help me get the reading it will be greatly apperciated .
