I have the above bio pellet reactor and it keeps getting clogged at the top where the mesh is. I have the reactor connected to my manifold with a water blaster 10000. The return pump is feeding the reactor first then it goes to the uv then the display then the chiller (which never turn on). Does anyone have this reactor and have the same problem. Also only 1 side of the reactor is really tumbling. When I first set the reactor up all the bio pellets tumbled great. I am looking for any advice or mods ppl made to the reactor. Thank you in advance.

The tumbling should never have enough force to push the pellets to the top mesh, otherwise you need to dial down the flow. That's a pretty powerful pump so it'll definitely need to be dialed down, especially since its the first one on the manifold. I have the HY7000, and its like the 4th thing on my manifold, and its still dialed down quite a bit.

As for the tumbling, something is probably clogging one side of the output into the reactor. Might just need a good cleaning out and make sure none of the pellets are clumping together in that 1 area
