Thermometer

Last night my i was moving my thermometer and it hit the glass and broke, only the bottom piece broke and the little balls came out, I scooped them out as fast as I could with the glass, how bad is that,will i come home to a dead tank, please say no.

I dunno, not an expert or anything, but I wouldn't worry as long as you didn't get shocked in the process.

I just got off the phone with the co. i got the therm. from they said it was lead balls and won't harm the tank. WHEWWWW!!!!!!!!

Last time i checked I thought lead was quite toxic. Are you sure it wont react in the salt water? Maybe someone with a chemistry degree can clear this up?... Solbby?
