Need someone who knows lighting

Ok so I decided to to just downgrade my tank and let my father take over my tank being I don't have the time for a big tank....I need to know what everyone thinks about these lights for my 29g biocube

hey high, im not a expert on lights but i never heard of that name brand at all! and IMO i would never buy from a company that i never heard of. are you definitly interested in getting a LED system?

Cree makes the best LEDS and some people here have a DIY on how they made there fixtures

Anything that doesn't have a UL listing is risky. Insurance won't cover any damages from a fixture that's not UL listed. So I've been told. Maybe I'm wrong, but IMO not worth the risk.

I am also not a lighting expert, I will tell you that i have seen similar leds over tanks and they seem to be working fine. but i have to agree with peteboyny, if it's not ul listed, i would not trust it. why try to save a couple bucks when you have thousands invested in whats inside the tank. JMO
