Surprise to Find in my Tank

I currently have a 50 gal. tank for about two years. About a year ago I purchased a small anemone crab. After about a month the crab disappeared from my tank never to be seen again.

This morning when I was feeding my tank something caught my eye. It was hard to see but upon closer inspection they were arms moving back and forth. It was my anemone crab!!! :flower: It got much bigger!!! :flower: I would take a picture but it's too difficult to get a clear shot because it's hiding in the back guarded by my yellow watchman goby?

Anyone else have a surprise they want to share?

I was surprised when I couldn't find my lawnmower blenny. About a week later I did find him, only he was in the power head...dead.

ink i always have a bunch of things that look like feeder tentacles all over the place that come out of the rock.. what could it be....

after 3 months

....of not seeing my watchman goby, i woke up yesterday morning to see how big it has gotten. only to find out that it was another goby that my kids got me as an early father's day present. hehehe u like that "A"

My Linckia Multiflora vanished last June (year ago). Months and months went by. Well last December (6 months later) he made an appearance. I see him once every 3 or 4 months now. I guess there's enough food for him to be less mobile and get enough to eat without going too far. Otherwise I'd think he'd be all over looking for munchies. :lol:
