Just wanted to share my experience with Eheim north America so you guys can be educated customers.
First of all I have alot of their products and think they are good products. But I purchased a second hand protein skimmer that needed some replacement parts.
I called up about a month ago and spoke with someone quickly and she placed my order no problem. Fast forward till last week and now all of my calls get outsourced to a call center with no affiliation with Ehiem what so ever. They will not answer any questions or take any orders, but can just leave a message and "Someone will eventually get back to me"
I have been waiting a week for a call back. This is super frustrating when your protein skimmer is down and all you need is a replacement part. Whats their deal?
And not to mention theres not even a phone number on their website. How do they expect to handle replacement parts?
