Centropyge Joculator

I'm thinking of adding a Centropyge Joculator to my tank I have an assorment of fish.My question is a two fold,what price range am I looking at since 've been told ther are very rare in the states and how well do hey do in capacity.

the above price is rite.

this is my opinion and im gonna give it to you in hopes that you take it well.

the joc's are almost identical with the exeption of body shape to a bicolor angel. save you money and by a nice setup or some awsome coral and buy a 40 dollar bicolor.
the first pic is a joculator and the second is a bicolor. check it out, almost identical.

You can also get an atlantic pigmy angel(cherub angel) they are very similar, but cheaper and very hearty.

Thats because i've done a little bit of research but the price varies, don't hate jus give good sound advice if you can.....

Shark, nobody hates you because of your post. We found it very strange that somebody would know the latin/scientific name of a fish and not have a clue on the pricing. Especially the price of a fish that routinely sells for over $1,000. Most people see the fish they like on a website looking to sell them, see the name, and, a price.

If you read my post i never said i was clueless on the price, my research on 3 LFS yield very different prices not to mention none of them carried the fish. Posting a question on this site i thought was for me to gain as much knowledge as possiable..... Thanks to CHIEFMCFUZ, JOE for some great advice.

Also known as Cocos Pygmy Angel, Joculator Angel
Fast Facts Known only from remote Cocos-Keeling and Christmas Island in the eastern Indian Ocean, Centropyge Joculator is almost never available to the trade. If you're serous about getting this one and you know it's big money, contact us to get on the waiting list, as it may be years between collections of this fish, and yes, they're very expensive. Most specimens that are collected go to Japan, since logistics of getting them from their origin into the US are difficult and expensive. Although this species coloration resembles the Bicolor Angel Centropyge bicolor, joculator is most closely related to Centropyge hotumatua from Easter Island, another extremely rare fish that is next to impossible to obtain.

there is one for sale at reef fantasy on staten island as we speak. The going price is 1000.00 $$$$$$$$. It's been there for at least two weeks.I saw it yesterday.
