Bayer!
I use 1mil per 4 cups of tank water, I don't need a gal of dip to dip a frag or two.
Dip for 15 min and rinse with tank water.

Question for other using this, currently I'm only using this on sps has anyone used Bayer on zoa's or LPS?

You can order it on Amazon see link below.

I have a nice large colony of green star polyps. the colony is attached to a medium sized round rock and covers about 70-80% of it.

my question is would it do more harm than good to pull the large "sheet" of coral wrapped around my rock to dip it, or just dunk the whole thing w.o separating?

i know you shouldnt dip LR but i dont really want to peel the coral off and have to reattach.

Man I would dip the whole thing. Just make sure you let it sit in some fresh saltwater for awhile after. Get that dip out of the rock before you put it in the new tank. I have done it and my transfer went fine.

Why are you dipping your old corals before putting them into your new setup? Unless your tank has pests in it there is no need to dip
I dont know about that. Think about the pest that you cant see. New tank , new start. Just to be safe I would dip it all. Think about all the stuff that got past your previous dips using revive or whatever else. I'm just saying, I would dip everything just to be safe.

i have had red flat worms in my old tank for 6 months, i medicate the tank and it rids the tank for a month or so, then they reappear...

I dont want to have this reoccurring pest problem in my new set up. I even used dry rock to have control of what i put in my tank
