Why is this and what can I do to prevent this not happening? Attachments uploadfromtaptalk1349709184683.jpg 55.3 KB · Views: 75

Could be in the tank when it was cleaned, or the bucket mixing the water. Yes, run a good amount of carbon in the tank and think about doing some water changes.
