Clown has a white spot

The clown has a white gray spot between body and start of tail. I tried to pull off its internal. Also tried fresh water flush . No good he looks fine I just concerned with other tank mates . He is inside in separate container for know .. Any ideas let me know ... I will attach picture .

Also i noticed my clown only has 2 stripes. ??

Can't really tell from your picture what it is?

Is he eating? And how long has the spot been there?

I can recommend some Ick medication if you want, but I want to make sure we identify the possible disease first.

Could that be his third stripe?

It looks like part of a stripe. Maybe it's growing in? Has that spot always been there? I have 2 mocha clowns and they are not "natural", meaning they do not exist in the wild. So I'm not surprised your clown does not look like your traditional clownfish. Ocellaris and perculas come in misbar form, which is basically their stripes arent complete or they dont have them at all. So you probably have gene of misbar. That second picture is still not clear enough, but anyway, I would keep him in isolation for a couple of more weeks and see if his behavior changes. Otherwise, he's probably fine.

I couldn't keep him locked up anymore in jail. I freed him and boy was he happy and swimming with his buddy blue throat.. The spot wasn't there before it just showed up about a week ago. I will monitoR him as suggested . Thanks guys

No all other fish look great that was my concern if my other babies got it . As soon as something changes he will have to go trying to save him. Take chance for now but one of my buddies got fancy clowns in my head so might want to upgrade to onyx or black ice ..but I don't like to upgrade fish just because .....had these guys from my old 55 one is 2 yrs old.
