I found a sump and my basement. Is there anyway I could hook this to a JBJ 28nano?

You would have to drill the back of the tank or try to find a way to fit a small overflow box in one of the chambers

So i found a overflow box that might fit. Whats my next step?

Your gonma have to remove the lid and make sure the box works. Then you will need a hose to go from the box to the sump. You will also need a return pump and tubing to go up to a goose neck that goes over the top of the tank. The return pump should match or be a lil smaller than the gph rate of the overflow box.
