Help - Apex Problems

Hey guys, i need help here. I having a couple of problems with my apex controller. My apex controller is not turning on through the energy bar. I disconnect everything and connected it back and its still not turning on. What could be the problem?

did you try a different usb port on the energy bar.... how long have you had the apex running for. it did it to me as well when i first set it up but i unplugged it gave it a few min and it turned back on

I had a problem with mine. Turned out it needed a firmware update. 15min on the phone with Neptune and it was done

i havent had it running for a yr. How do I do a firmwire update?

i just download the latest firmware but my other problem is I cant get the apex online. The apex is hookup to my modem but I'm pretty sure the config it wrong.

Call Neptune. They will set it up and make sure it's working for u.
