Is a 60 cubes weight safe to have in a 2nd. Floor apt. It would be placed on a interior bearing wall.

It should be fine depending on howxold the building is. Does your floor bounce if you jump up and down on it?

the building is about 40 yrs. old. hard wood floors that do not bounce or have any creeks in it while you walk.
