Return hose question

I know this is probably a dumb question just wanted to ask before I start driving around all over the place..where can you get that clear flexible hose for return pumps I'm specifically looking for 5/8ths and I'm gunna need it for 2 different sumps so I'm gunna say around 8-10ft just to be safe

I've seen clear vinyl tubing at homedepot in the plumbing section. Personally I like to use flexible PVC which holds it shape better and you seal it with cement. They sell that at marine depot.

Okay great thanks guys that seems easy enough since I'm taking a trip there for some of that egg crate plastic stuff

I would try picking up Lee's brand aquarium grade before going to HD or Lowes... albeit the hose is very similar... Lee's does have a bit more flexibility and requires less heating to straighten.

That is the one thing about lowes or homedepot , The stupid hose is wound up so it sucks trying to straighten it out .

I know the true value on vets highway in Bohemia has a nice selection of white flexible PVC hose.
