So woke up like 2am, decided let me get my con Edison flashlight and look through my tank... And Notice Freaks come out at night. I found the following in my tank that I never put in starfish, worms, little bugs maybe lil shrimps, and some crazy looking snails that look like beetles the shell kinda look like a hologram? Do I need to be concerned only had my tank running for 6months

You are describing hitch-hikers. They are things we get on live rock and frags we buy that are unexpected additions to our tanks.

The small starfish are likely either asterinas or micro brittle stars. The brittle stars are great little scavengers and won't get any larger. There are a couple of different types of asterinas, one good, one eats zoas.

There are something like 6,000 varieties of marine 'worms', chances are good that yours are 'bristle worms', but we would need a pic to confirm.
A low population of bristleworms is ok, just watch how much you feed as the population will multiple rapidly if you have too much uneaten food in the tank. Do NOT touch these guys!

What you are describing as tiny shrimp - are amphipods - good guys.

Not sure what you are describing as the beetle shelled snails that look like holograms? lol

Yes everything answered besides the worms...Thanks Kat, hey one last question I recently bought a small purple tang my yellow tang and black&white demsel were picking on him for the first 2 days now thankfully they seem to be getting along my only concern is his top fins looked like he went through a battle, I know of lizards growing the tails back but would my tang regrow fin?

The best i can say is maybe..if there is damage down to the 'body' of the fish, then much less likely. Keeping him well fed and your water quality pristine offers you the best chance of a recovery.

btw..how big is the tank? You need to be very careful when adding similiar type fish, or adding types of fish that should simply not be kept together.. fighting or death is often the result.

75gallon with a total of 12 fish...only one aggressive fish is the demsel I can't even stick my hand in there he is like a guard dog, I need to put a sign that says Beware Of Demsel on my tank

That reminds me of the first time I saw a bristle worm, I thought I had an alien in my tank....
