how do I determine which generator I need?

Just don't run delicate electronics with the generator like a Nepune Apex.
I found out the hard way.

My apex has been hooked up to a generator around 5 times but i am going to take your advice prob a good idea. I just love the way my temp stays within .5 degree swing all day. Guess a couple days won't hurt.

what does the generator do with the Apex? I have mine plugged in now...
