Best skimmer for a 150 gallon tank

Looking to upgrade my skimmer . What do you guy recommend for a in sump skimmer. I am running a ASM G-4.

That might be helpful in getting suggestions. I have always done well with reef octo brand, not crazy expensive. I do like the skimz line and may make a purchase in upcoming year

Bubble King Mini or the Deltec skimmers are the best. Made to last.

Deltec is outdated technology, Reef Octopus is the best bang for the buck. Look at the 2000 model and 200 extreme, the diablo series are nice as well.

I am going to be doing a 180 w/ 75g sump and looking at the SRO 3000 XP cone skimmer.

For your setup I'd recommend the SRO 2000 XP or even the SRO 2000 INT.

bubble king and deltec arent the best skimmers out there either, not the best built, bk makes a very solid built skimmer, but not a fan,,,,, and yes i have owned one as well as a deltec,,,,, skim through this thread

+1 reef octopus skimmers kick ass as long as you have the skimmer in a stable water level.
