got this rbta from a vendor, looks pretty good, somehow i only see this rbta form the bubble tip once in about 2 months, and that was the 2nd day i put her in the tank, since then, i havn't seem any bubble, anyone know why or did i do anything wrong? this rbta is attached under a rock on the bottom of the tank, facing down, but will extend and come out once in a while.

Ask samsky for hints, he may know why. He has one gbta that I saw with the bulb swelling.

If you are passing by Brooklyn, pay me a visit. I have some stuff that you may want to look at.

Noone can predict/guarantee if an [SIZE=-1]Entacmaea quadricolor (BTA) will have bubbles or not, after its environment has changed. Some experts say there will be bubble tips if it's hosting a clown, needs more light, need less flow, needs less light...you get the point.

I have 3 rbta various sizes they seem to bubble every so often for a day or two. but 99% they don't I've had the oldest is 1yr the youngest maybe 6-7 months, they split 3x already.. so I know they are happy in the tank.

How big is your RBTA?
I had one huge RBTA never had bubble on their tip until they got splitted.

It might be lighting too, I saw every RBTA with MH got bubble tip. I could be wrong.
