Red Algae..

What eats red algae... i got some in my tank and it looks nasty.... and what causes it..? cause its only growing in one corner of the tank...

Red gracilaria

Red slime algae

Or some other red algae?

i think he means cyano.

if so then turbos or astrea snails should do the job.

It can also be Red Turf algae

maybe u just need to clean your tank ..

if it is cyano then chemi-clean would do it. you have to turn off your skimmer for several days and any uv's.

wow i bought a cleaner package so long lets see if i can remember... i think theres emerald crab, sally lightfoot, astreas snails , turbo snails, cleaner shrimp, red and blue legged hermits...
