Im in Great kills myself.......Jim where do you work ??? Reef Fantasy is by far ALOT better then Animal Kingdom I used them until they totally FU$KED UP my 125g. And wanted me to pay for it. They would tell customers false things about corals and fish just to make the sale. So I went to Chris when they first opened and wound up now me and him do alot together in this field. Try again and if you feel it happens again talk to Chris himself about it and I promise it wont happen again

Reef Fantasy Rules had nothing but great experiences at the store, I'm very new to the hobby and chris and his dad go out of there way to answer questions sometimes i visit the store for hours picking his brain, i was looking for a jocular angel which are extremely rare, rf. had one very healthy looking i called him up and he delivered the angel himself for about 50% less then every other place i had called plus the other places didn't have the fish in stock...:flower: :flower:

Well I went back to Reef Fantasy today and I really have to say, you guys were totally right! Both the owner and his son were there and were both very nice and talkative and I ended up spending a lot of money there! I guess I got a bad impressiona nd maybe had a misunderstanding and falsely formed a bad opinion. Thanks guys!

Hey everyone
i just saw this post and am very unhappy to hear that anyone has ever had a bad experiance in my store, and will be more than happy to make it up to anyone that has had this experiance. i dont get to come on here as often as i would like but seeing this post i will deffanitly be on more often that and the fact that i have 22 PM's from 3 weeks ago lol

i am happy that your new visit to the store was a pleasant one this time around

i have been in the hobby for a long time and know what it is like to not be helped or to be missinformed about things goiing on with my own tanks, and not having anywhere to go for the right answer
so about 4 yrs ago i came on MR and found out there is alot of people here that are very willing to help
i started selling fish out of my basement to the members of this site and decided to leave my job at verizon and open my own SALTWATER ONLY aquarium store so that people had somewhere to go and be helped the way they should. and to get the quality of fish and corals they deserve.
for the last 3 yrs i have been re modeling the store over and over again to fit all your needs,
i am always up for suggestions on making things better for you
i hope you never have a bad experiance like this one again and that goes for anyone in this hobby that ever steps foot in my store

REEF FANTASY would not be possible if it wasnt for the great customers we have comming into our store. even if it is just to hang out a BS
either way i look foward to opening my store everyday knowing that im giving someone the help that they ask for when it comes to their aquarium.

Actually it wasn't me that had the bad experience that was someone else, I have yet to come in the store, though I will.....hopefully soon =)
