What is the best food for our reef fish , what's the latest and greatest food for our finned friends ??

NLS Flakes with garlic. Championlighting sells them for around 50 bucks for a big tub that will last you forever

Actually I just googled em , I saw these at petco but they didn't have flakes just pellets , I'm not a pellet feeder, don't mind paying for the good stuff though!!

Yeah not many places sell the flakes, I only found them on championlighting through Alfie (albano). The pellets are also very good, and its also good to buy the tub of those as well. The tubs last forever and they're a better deal considering the amount compared to the smaller containers sold in stores.

I personally like Spirulina flakes. My dad and I purchased about 1KG of them in "bulk" several years ago, don't know who manufactured my batch (he has the original "silver" bag they came in)

I am a bit of a pessimist. How real are the claims that garlic aids fish immunity?

I do have prime reef flakes , just bought them cause I can't find my usual brand ( formula 2) and I used them today and fish seemed to like them!!

Well in humans Garlic works in many ways. For one it lowers blood pressure. Also helps immune system. Believe it not facts back it up.
