30 ml of cal 25 ml of alk every morning for the past year and a half, consistent water changes every week, GFO changed every month. my tank husbandry is very consistent thats why i expected better growth then what i get.

What type of corals are you referring to? Growth rates vary. Montis>Acros(usually). Stability is key.
I use Prodibio Reef kit and have been pleased with it as supplement. Takes awhile to stabilize in tank.

a year and a half with very little growth is as much patience as anyone will have, and flow is fine i have an mp40. and mostly my sps are slow growers. i even had a year old tyree toadstool that should have trippled in size but has hardly grown at all. everything is healthy but not growing.

You need to check your PO4. If it is high, that could be your issue. If it is very low combined with your very low NO3 that could be your problem too--- not enough nutriets to fuel growth. Provided PO4 stays below say .05 ppm I find my tank is much happier with an NO3 reading of about 5-10ppm.

Regarding Amino acid supplements, I have limited experience with them, but have recently-- about a month-- started adding Acro Power from TLF and and maybe, possibly, it could be that I am seeing a little better growth and coloration.

the flow is way to strong as it is tony, so i don't think thats the issue, my system has always been low nutrient thats why i tried feeding more and doing less water changes. i gotta get a phosphate kit and see what the deal is thanks for the tips guys.

Only you know how well your stability actually is so its hard for me to begin to understand what's going on. Do you test pre water changes? are you running a doser? Or manually dosing?

I would increase your flow more and incorporate a growth bulb (ge 6500k) if you don't already have one.

I run 2 mp10w on anti sync at MAX on my 30x24x19 and I'm considering adding an additional mp10.

I don't think 1 mp40 is enough for a 75.

Are your corals encrusting and not branching? Or what (I'm on app and can't see your thread?)

Obviously it's time to start trying something new and id start with checking your phosphate
