Ich?

What exactly does this stuff look like? I purchased 2 clowns about a week or so ago (actually my gf did) over a few days I noticed white bumps on the side of their head...one kicked the bucket a few days after I got it...I still have the other one however......this is a new tank that no other fish have been in and this clown still isn't eating. As of today water parameters also seem fine.

Hm is Ich white spots all over the body? This looks like some sort of white growth just in one area right next to his head....reading around I saw something about lymphocystitis? Hm not sure.

Ich looks like someone sprinkeled salt or sugar on your fish. It sometimes starts as a few bumps or it can be all over the fish right away. Search here for other threads on the subject there are a few.

yea, i just lost my hippo today to ich, its pretty noticeable after a while, is the clown rubbing against anything???

nope no rubbing and from the pics I've seen of ich it looks sprinkled on which this doesn't. Also I have nothing to take a pic with
