I don't have a BioCube, but i have RapidLED kit on my nano.

First thing I'd suggest is talk to them. They actually respond to emails and such pretty quickly and give good advice. Good people.

They also have kits readily laid out for BioCubes. http://www.rapidled.com/biocube-29-dimmable-retrofit-kit-24-led/ That being said...you can always get the LED ration of things yourself. I for one disagree with the use of cool blue and their spectrum is lacking IMO so I'd make some changes.

I'd suggest at least 2 drivers so you can tweak the color ratios further via a dimming kit/controller. If you don't have a controller, grab their dimmer kit. It's just 2 POTS and a power supply.

LED's themselves... you want more RB than NW for sure - and on separate drivers for the above mentioned dimming. Probably a 2-1 ratio favoring the RB. Higher is more "20k". 3-1 works too. I'm not sure of the measurements of the BioCube 29, but 4 Deep Red might be too many. DR is very overpowering. I only have 1 on my 20x12x12 nano.

Maybe something like 16 or so RB, 6-8 NW, 4 CB, 3 DR. You might want two cyan in there too and then definitely include 4 violet. They call them UV, but they are really just violet. It's an important part of the spectrum for corals.

This is highly useful to read. Because I'm a nerd, I have a printed copy on my coffee table.

Make sure you read about how to dial back the max current output of the drivers so you don't cook your LEDs...
