Help with Neptune DC8's

I have the Apex controller with a 1 Energy Bar. I also have a DC8 connected to it also. I was trying to add a 3rd DC8. I need help trying to configure it. Is it possible to add a 3rd DC8? I tried last night and ended up messing up my settings. Or should I just get another Energy Bar?

Did you set the dipswitches for the 2nd DC8?

I tried that but the Apex wasnt recognizing it.

What cable are you using for the 2nd DC8? Check to make sure it's 4 wires.

im using the telephone cable

Look at the head of the jack and can you see how many wires? If it's standard RJ11 (telephone cable) with 2 wires, it won't work. It'll need to be a 4 wired cable (RJ14 if I remember correctly).

ok I plug the cord in but the apex not picking it up. I added the module but nothing

Hmmm... might give a call to Neptune and see if they can assist.

I can't see the display, that address is internal to your network.

just got off the phone with Neptune. The DC8 is getting the signal but theres the outlets are not turning on. I have to get a new 1, smh
