I have to false clowns in tank for a month. I then purchased two more. Now the two new clowns are getting picked on by the one of the origional two clowns. Is there anything I could do to stop them from picking on the clowns? Or is it going to continue till the two new clowns die.

How long have they been in the tank together? When I got my pair of maroons they immediately fought with the one false perc I had in the tank. By the next day, they learned to tolerate each other. They still swipe at each other everyone once in awhile, but they do co-exist.

A possibility, You might have 3 females, fighting, and one male. Females are larger than males and don't revert back to being males. You can have a peaceful family of one adult female, one adult male and two adolescent males, sounds like you don't.

It's also possibly that they are just fighting out hierarchy, since they are all the same size, I don't know if they will kill each other before figuring it all out!

The one causing all the trouble is a little larger then the rest and a little darker also. The othertwo will not even swim down to the bottom of the tank they are constantly on the top of the tank.
